- Today I'll be tasting Cinderbock for The Session. Can you say Smokin' Goat?
- Jeremy has been reporting that his fermentation is going nuts and blowing the top off the bucket. We're hoping everything is fine.
- only one of the starters seemed to work, German ale yeast, California ale yeast must have been too old...oh well.
- Tasted one of the belgian style ales I racked into the keg for secondary fermentation. It is already beginning to taste good :-)
To do...
- write posts about racking to keg and Brewing at Jeremy's
- brew some beer this weekend German Style Ale and NRK
Cheers!

The fermentation craziness has settled down... top has stopped blowing off and the bubbling has subsided. Will hopfully rack it off early next week (could use your help Adam... or at least your funnel and auto-siphen)
Went to Eulogy with some friends for dinner... celebrated Gabe's bday. Had some good beer and a crappy cheeseburger. Drank a Leffe Blond, Brooklyn Local 1 (shared), Duchess de Bourgogne (sour beer, shared), and a Urthel Hop-it (shared). Lots of sharing goin on! I like variety.
Happy to hear the fermentation is under control. Well as much as you can control nature :-)
Also happy to hear you were are Eulogy and shared a bunch o' beer. Happy birthday Gabe! That is what is all about.
Cheers!
