Brew Your Own had an article a couple of years ago about breweries/brewpubs that brew on a homebrew scale. I tried Googling it and searching the BYO website, but had no luck. I'll try and sort through some of my older copies to see if I can find the story.
Also, Paw Paw Brewing Company just opened in Michigan. I think their system is 7 barrels.
