Special Chinookadillo #0 Early Taste...

Sampled the Chinookadillo tonight. My taste buds aren't quite up to par yet, due to my cold. As far as I can tell there are enough hops from bittering and aroma perspectives. The yeast has some work to do yet, but, even now it doesn't taste too sweet. Cool. I'm excited! This ones gonna pack a punch too. Its getting close to 8% abv.
