Summer seems to be slipping by. The above photo is from a local fair here in Pennsylvania. Well, the Saison was a hit at out 4th of July picnic. Always happy to share my beer and not poison somebody ;-)
Next beer will be something like a berliner weisse. Studying up on that one. Got some tips from Jean at Tired Hands Brewing. Lactobacillus will play the key role here. The question is how will I go about it? Sour mash? Innoculate with packaged yeast? More reading.
