Re Post from Brew Dudes: All Grain Brewing...

I haven't had a chance to read this yet, but, Dave at Brew Dudes likes this description of all grain brewing...

http://www.suebob.com/brew/allgrain.htm

Hey, I'm not an all grain brewer and I may never be. For any of you who are, let me know what you think about this. I'm gonna read it but, I haven't had time yet.

Thanks Dave 1.2

Great find. That's a pretty straight forward explanation of how to brew all-grain. Are you ready to make the plunge?

Not quite yet, but, I keep reading about it. I do have two 16 gallon kegs I could use for my setup.

You should really give AG a whirl... It is really quite easy if you batch sparge, and cheaper once you recoup the cost of any AG equipment you might need. I switched to all-grain on my 4th batch and have not looked back. Only time I do extract is when I am short on time (like: Friday night, driving home from work, "hey I feel like brewing a hefeweizen tonight...")
