Rainy day brewing...
Well maybe not brewing, but, related. Fall will be here soon enough and I'll need a place to be when the weather is foul. Time to clean up that basement. Its finished, but rustic and well there's that drywall that needs to be ripped out and replaced. My wife told me she doesn't mind if I turn it into a beer room.
What have I been waiting for? Off to the basement!

You should put in a full bar with taps, etc...
How about some faux brick and some fake hardwood flooring and fake wood beams for a real pub feel?
Toss in a plexiglass walled off fermentation room, and you got yourself a mini brewpub in the house...
I like the way you think :) I'm cleaning it up now. Too much junk. How did I get all this stuff?
THanks for the support! I'm gonna need it!
I'm slowly cleaning out our basement... We are the same way, we are pack rats... Time to sell stuff on ebay and tag sales...
Well I got some stuff cleaned up. Now that weather is just too nice to be in the basement. I think I'm on my way to refinishing the basement in beer stuff!
My fiance and I have pretty much cleaned up the whole basement making way for me to set up my own brew area...As far as the rain we got a lot less than expected in the Shenandoah Vally of Virginia with Hannah staying east of the Blue Ridge.
Nice hear somebodyelse is working on their beer/brewing basement.
The first step was to tidy it up. Now we have to make some decisions about whether we want to keep some of the stuff we have.
