Oh right! This blog is about homebrew :-) Well, I'm brewing this weekend!

Yeah, I think it's about time. I have an American ale yeast, light dry malt extra, light liquid malt extract, all kinds of specialty grains and plenty of Cascade, Fuggles and Hallertau hops pellets and um...that might be it.

Ah what to brew....what to brew. Session beer I think. Perhaps I'll brew a ten gallon batch. I'm back baby! Gotta get that yeast starter going tonight.
