Fermenting out the Stoutenporter...

Well, I didn't have any high gravity liquid yeast laying around so I decided to try some champagne yeast. Now, this seemed to work with the Barleywine I brewed a while back. Lets see what happens here.

Now I just have to remember to let the pressure out of the keg as the yeast does its thing.
